We partner with our clients’ key decision makers to define, structure, plan, schedule, design, develop and manage these efforts, assisting our clients in:

• managing their wet infrastructure resources;
• developing intellectual technology systems to integrate clients’ data sources;
• developing project execution plans, detailed schedules and cost forecasts;
• prioritizing among projects in the program;
• coordinating permitting throughout the program;
• planning and managing regulatory compliance;
• monitoring the progress of individual projects and the program as a whole; and
• integrating the engineering, procurement and construction efforts.
